Brittany Lawrence-Jeatter

The Honorable Brittany Lawrence-Jeatter is the Owner and Licensed Funeral Director of Lawrence-Jeatter Funeral Home, LLC. With over 13 years of experience in the funeral service industry, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, professional care to families during their time of need.

Dr. Lawrence-Jeatter’s journey into funeral service began at an early age following the passing of her grandfather, which sparked a deep curiosity and calling to serve families in their most vulnerable moments. That calling has since evolved into a career centered on dignity, excellence, and meaningful service.

In addition to her work in funeral service, Dr. Lawrence-Jeatter is a Certified Grief Coach, Professional Life Coach, and educator with over 10 years of experience in the classroom. She also serves as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve, bringing over 18 years of leadership, discipline, and a strong sense of service into every aspect of her work.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Education in Instructional Accommodation, and an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Christian Humanities for her contributions to the community and public service contributions. She has also been recognized as a Top Ten Under Forty Alumni by Voorhees University, Lighthouse Foundation Top Ten Under Forty and is the recipient of both Teacher of the Year at Mainstreet Elementary School and American Legion Teacher of the Year honors.

Dr. Lawrence-Jeatter is also the founder of the Grieve Good Institute, where she provides grief coaching, resources, and support to individuals navigating loss. She is the author of Not Approved, Hustle While Healing, and Grieve Good, works that reflect her commitment to healing, resilience, and personal growth.

Through Lawrence-Jeatter Funeral Home, she is committed to ensuring that every family receives not only professional service, but continued support beyond the service. Her mission is to create meaningful experiences that honor life while helping families begin the journey toward healing.
